Ceva in the Spotlight

Fabric, craft and home interior retailer Spotlight has signed a deal with Ceva Logistics to manage all inbound international freight and the domestic delivery of product to its 88 stores across Australia.

Mark Goddard, Spotlight’s chief executive officer, said: “Spotlight is trusting Ceva to manage and optimise our supply chain, from point of origin to delivery to store.

Howard Critchley, managing director of CEVA Australia, added: “As part of Ceva’s service solution, the company will manage Spotlights ‘Christmas 09 Program’ from China. This will involve product being picked, packed and delivered directly to store via our International Logistic Solution and is a practical example of how we are providing a one-stop-shop for Spotlights supply chain requirements”.
