K+N wins hotel logistics contract

Kuehne + Nagel has won a contract with Quadriga, provider of Internet and entertainment services for the hotel industry across Europe and the Middle East.

The deal will see the logistics giant manage its supply chain including logistics and distribution of all materials out to hotel customers.

This includes delivering improvements to stock control and the overall customer fulfilment process. Goods are collected from Quadriga’s suppliers in the UK and Europe and consolidated at one of Kuehne + Nagel’s major distribution centres.

Materials are stored here as required, and quickly turned around to meet customer orders with a unique parts list for each individual hotel.

Outbound distribution to Quadriga’s customers is arranged via road, using Kuehne + Nagel’s European groupage network.
