QVC chooses Manhattan’s Scope platform

Multi-channel retailer QVC has selected Manhattan Associate’s warehouse management and labour management products for it  distribution centres in Florence, South Carolina, to help optimise its supply chain network.

The retailer also plans to roll out the software at its other domestic site in Lancaster, Pennsylvania; Rocky Mount, North Carolina and Suffolk in Virginia.

Manhattan’s warehouse management and labour management systems are part of the distribution management suite within the Manhattan Scope supply chain process platform.

John Sullivan, executive vice president and chief information officer at QVC, said: “Manhattan Associates will play a key role in our continuing IT transformation. Streamlining our distribution processes with the Manhattan platform will enable QVC to expand its distribution capacity and reach new fulfilment levels across every selling channel."
