New supply chain system for Dutch fashion group

Dutch fashion group Veldhovengroup has chosen K3 Retail to supply a new IT system covering supply chain management in-store POS, merchandising, planning, wholesale, warehousing and financials.

The group designs, sells and distributes brands including Sandwich, Stills and NONONSENSE and has stores in more than 24 countries.

Its head office is situated in Amsterdam and the distribution centre for European countries is in Zoeterwoude-Rijndijk which lies between Amsterdam and The Hague.

The implementation of K3 Fashion, based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, is providing integration with point-of-sales systems, the store’s back office, merchandising, planning, stock and financial management.

Jan-Douwe Jilderda, Commercial Manager at K3 Retail, said: “The Veldhovengroup is looking to K3 Retail to provide an integrated retail solution that has the capability to grow with the company.
