Mega logistics park for Avrigny, France

French developer Gicram and international real estate investor Doughty Hanson are to develop a 100,000 sq m logistics centre in Avrigny, north of Paris.

The 24.7ha greenfield site, which has cost €17 million to buy, is well located for the main Paris-Lille motorway and rail connections, which form important logistics routes linking Paris to the UK, Northern and Eastern Europe.
