Goodman snaps up strategic warehouse

Goodman''s European Logistics Fund has bought a 50,628 sq m warehouse facility in Alsdorf, West Germany from developer Vollack; situated in the Aachen region - the place where Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium meet. The facility is being built in two phases and is due for completion in May this year. It will have an internal free height of 11m, 20 loading docks and be equipped with a sprinkler system, smoke detectors and surrounded by a security fence.
