Pattonair sale gets the go-ahead

Aerospace group Umeco is expected to complete the sale of its supply chain business, Pattonair, in July following shareholder approval of the deal at the group’s general meeting.
It is selling Pattonair to Quicksilver Holdco Ltd, which has been set up by private equity investors, in a deal worth £145.8m.
