Institute backs Fresh Connection competition

The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and the Institute of Operations Management are backing SCALA Consulting's supply chain training courses and Fresh Connection competition in the UK.

Steve Agg, chief executive of the CILT, said: “The Fresh Connection is an innovative programme for developing current and future managers at all levels in the industry and offers a unique platform to enable participants to extend their supply chain knowledge.”

The competition and courses are designed to promote awareness of supply chain strategy as well as team collaboration. The 2012 competition is now open for entries.
