SerCom Solutions, has launched a supply chain financial optimisation model to companies willing to engage in developing outsourcing partnerships around supply chain management activities.

SerCom, which acts as a global outsourcing partner to IT organisations, has developed the system to enable customers make more effective use of their cash.

It says that providing upfront financing around the procurement and management of hardware components, inventory financing and logistics, allows its customers to free up cash for both market development and demand generation purposes.

“By understanding customers ‘supply chain pain points’, we can deliver flexible, robust, and cost focused, supply chain optimisation services, rapidly,” said Sercom’s Kevin Vaughan.
