BP Lubricants (Castrol) has designed and implemented integrated business planning over the past three years.
The full scope concept, known as Lubricants Business Management (LBM), drives the organisation’s 24 month rolling forecasting and planning on a global scale.
Gerard de Bruijn, global leader – integrated business management at BP, deliver the keynote presentation at a pre-conference S&OP day at Extended Supply Chain Brussels in November.
In particular, he will discuss how BP handled the challenges of implementing LBM in a global business and what the major lessons were.
Extended Supply Chain Brussels takes place from 7th – 9th November at the Hotel Bloom in Brussels.
