Crimson to showcase updated scprime book

Supply chain consultancy Crimson & Co has launched an updated version of its scprime book, covering the journey to supply chain excellence – and will be showcasing it at the Extended Supply Chain conference in London in April.

This is version three of the book, highlighting best practice processes across the supply chain, with a new section dedicated to people capabilities; ensuring the right people are in the right jobs doing the right things.

Managing director Richard Powell said: “The scprime book is fact driven, not subjective, and provides practical guidance and insight when developing supply chain processes or identifying and improving people capabilities.

“scprime is not just a supply chain book, but a business improvement model, applicable to all industries and organisations. The new people capabilities update covers the final missing piece since the second edition, completing the full supply chain excellence outline.”

Crimson & Co will be showcasing the book at the Extended Supply Chain in London from 16th – 18th April.
